Our signature Preventive Health Consultation takes a comprehensive look at your health history, concerns, goals, and laboratory results to create an individualized plan for your long-term health and wellness.
For those looking for a simpler starting point, we also offer basic supplement consultations for personalized guidance on building or refining a supplement routine.

How It Works
1. Complete Your Health Assessment
Start by completing our comprehensive health assessment so we can better understand your medical history, current concerns, lifestyle, medications, and wellness goals.

2. Personalized Laboratory Testing
After your health assessment is reviewed, our clinical team will create a personalized laboratory order based on your health history, concerns, and wellness goals.
Your lab order will be sent to Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp, based on appointment availability and anticipated turnaround time, to help ensure your results are available for review prior to your comprehensive wellness consultation.

3. Comprehensive Wellness Consultation
Your 40-minute consultation will be scheduled for approximately one week after your blood draw, allowing time for your results to be received and reviewed.

Meet virtually or in person with our provider to review your laboratory results, health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals and develop your personalized wellness plan.
4. Included Follow-Up
Your program includes a 20-minute follow-up visit within 12 weeks to assess your progress, answer questions, review any relevant follow-up findings, and make adjustments when appropriate.
Laboratory testing, blood draw fees, medications, supplements, and any additional services or treatments are separate from the program fee. Laboratory costs and insurance coverage vary depending on the testing ordered and your individual insurance plan.
Peptides
Peptide therapy uses naturally occurring signaling molecules to support the body's normal physiological processes. When prescribed appropriately, peptides may help support metabolic health, recovery, healthy aging, body composition, and overall wellness as part of a personalized treatment plan.
